Cabaran Diet 90 Hari : Day 1

Salam semua!

Rina ingat nak buat diari diet macam Diari Diet Shiela Shower
hehe!
sebab rina asik nak diet tapi selalu kejap je semangat tu.
lepas 2, 3 hari melantak cam tak makan setahun
huhu!

so, maybe kalau tulis dekat sini, semangat sikit (kot?)
nak disiplin tulis hari hari.

kalau ada yang salah dalam menu diet rina, korang betulkan ye!

kenapa 90 hari?
sebab lagi 90 hari nak ehem ehem=P

so aim rina?
aim rina nak pakai seluar size S (muat muat)
bila pakai M, longgar

sekarang rina pakai L dah muat muat*cis*

so, aim rina nak kurangkan 3 inch pada bahagian tersebut hihi

taknak ikut berat. sebab berat adalah menipu =P

seluar slack size S rina dah ada, kawan rina punya.
dia lagi tinggi dari rina tapi pakai size S, sangat jeles ye.

doakan rina berjaya tau!

so menu hari ini :

Pagi : Susu Anlene + Roti Bakar majerin gula 2 keping
In between : Gula gula sebijik
Petang :Char Kueh Teow sepinggang + Jus epal bergula
Dinner : Roti bakar majerin gula 2 keping


Air intake : 
1 liter

Senaman: 
Takde

Diet ke ni? haha!
diet la tuu, selalu makan lagi banyak hahaha =P

oh, rina nak try diet yang jimat iaitu diet yang tak memerlukan produk tapi sihat.
rina amalkan diet kalori.
kiraan kalori perlu kurang pada 1000kcal setiap hari (agak2 je hee)
rina payah sikit..sebab rina suka makan =P
tapi harap harap kali ni berjaya =P

lepas ni akan update diari diet pakai iphone je, lebih mudah ^__^

so hari ni rasanya diet tah pape..air pun minum sikit je..

kita berjumpa lagi pada esok hari..sekian!

goood on u rina! thumbs up for the 1litre plain water intake. part exercise tu sangat difahami ;)

ive been cutting my calorie too, "to get smarter" of course :p research proven u can eat less to get smarter, apart from getting slim. yaaw~ *haritu dah review dlm blog berie2 ;)

well, rina. they said, drinking juice is no better than drinking soda. plus it has lots of sugar in it and high in fructose. and fructose is the sweetest sugar. plus, fructose is not good to our pancreas and liver as well.

fruit juice removed fiber from it. so, opt for real fruit instead!

i know, ive been hooked for fruit juices for awhile, used to have bottles of them for stock, tapi since its actually do no goood, im gonna scratch you out, juices! (dulu sebab nak dapat gula cepat2, drink juice every morning konon2 thinks it would help, it did, tapi psychologically je kot! haha)

the fact, fructose does not actually suppress the hunger. instead, the calories gained have no effect ponn. last2 jadi excess weight gain jah. kaaan?

ok rina, thats few information to be shared with you and all the readers out there.

oh one more, dont eat RICE! that definitely work! hehe. lets see if u can tahan godaan nasi sedap malaysia tu kan. but, i would say, nasi kenduri every weekend would do no harm :p and do not cut ur meal frequency, (5 or 6 times is ideal) but eat less in quantity. DO NOT SKIP BREAKFAST. (even i do. see, now u can see who is the worst patient ;p)

takpelah, i dont started my intense diet yet, but planning to start it slowly and surely. kalau drastically, im sure it wont last. hihik.

kite lagi 96 hari..tp semngt nak diet+bsenam kejap ade kejap hilang..hasilnye smpai skrg berat masih same..huwaa. *pdnmuke aku*.. anyway gudluck yerp..disiplin mesti ada! :D

me lg teruk..lg 95 days...selma ni diet n exercise sikit2 tapi berat sme je..mkin bert pon boleh jadi..uhuk2...cmne xnye..weekend je diet hancusss

tips from me:-
lots of PLAIN water +
less sugar & carbs +
calorie count MORE than 1200 & LESS than your daily allowance (mine 1500) +
lots of veges

i've lost 14kg in 3 months with only that :)
