Cabaran diet 90 Hari - Day 15

Assalammualaikum semua =)

Tak payah korang nak cari sangat Day 12-14, memang takde hee =P

abaikan day 12-14 sebab tu cheat days rina, lama betulll cheat hikhik

so hari ni 15 sudah!
progress takde langsung, cuma kurang buncit tapi masih buncit sobs

Menu for today :

Pagi
Telur separuh masak 1 + susu anlene

In between 
Nasi lemak separuh + Ayam goreng crispy nyumm =P + teh o ais

Lunch 
Buah tembikai sikit + 2 cucur udang + popia goreng 1

In between 
Yee Mee  hot plate separuh + air limau suam

Dinner 
None

Air kosong : 1 liter ++

Exercise : Workout for 1 hour (I'll story later)

Aduss..rina dah berniat nak diet hari ni..
tapi hari ni sangat stress
and I tend to eat a lot when I'm stress =P

salam dear..u r in loose weight progrm ye? i suggest u to drink at least 3ltr plain water evryday. more u drink,more u loose fat. but if u nk try more healthy,u can try Herbalife.i had mine n lost over 9kg. :) feel free to contact me for further details. :)
