(dulu sebab nak dapat gula cepat2, drink juice every morning konon2 thinks it would help, it did, tapi psychologically je kot! haha)<br /><br />the fact, fructose does not actually suppress the hunger. instead, the calories gained have no effect ponn. last2 jadi excess weight gain jah. kaaan? <br /><br />ok rina, thats few information to be shared with you and all the readers out there. <br /><br />oh one more, dont eat RICE! that definitely work! hehe. lets see if u can tahan godaan nasi sedap malaysia tu kan. but, i would say, nasi kenduri every weekend would do no harm :p and do not cut ur meal frequency, (5 or 6 times is ideal) but eat less in quantity. DO NOT SKIP BREAKFAST.
