Pagi : tak makan sebab bangun lewat. malam tadi ada kerja site, balik pukul 3 pagi, tidur sampai kol 9 =)
In between : Nasi berlauk

In between : Beli karipap 1 ketul, kek pisang 1 slice dan roti sardin bersalut telur 1/2 keping
Dinner (6 petang) : Nasi berlauk

Supper (9 malam) : Sekeping biskut jacob
Air Intake : Almost 2 litre
Eksesais : skipping 200x je
ok, masih failed diet huwaaa
apsal makan aiskrim?? kenappaa? why?? =P

ermmm..yang..kalo boleh yg smbal2 tu elakkan..sebab ada mnyak..amik sup..ayam or ikan dlm bentuk sup..kuantiti dah ok dah..n no aiskrim dear..mane boleh diet mam aiskem..:)
mak masakkk sedappp xleh tahann hahaha ;p
