Cabaran Diet 90 Hari - Day 3

Salam all~

yeah berjumpa kita lagii hehe
dah hari ke tiga diet, diet yang tak berapa nak diet sangat hahaha!

so menu today~

Pagi : Susu Anlene + nasi goreng 2 sudu
Pagi : Dalam kereta, minum soya kurang gula + roti ikan bilis Gardenia

In Between :



 mi habis, karipap separuh, kueh purple separuh..
tak sedap pulak

Lunch : Cool Blog chocolate (Gemuk tak hahaha)




Dinner (at 5.45 PM) : Mihun + Sup ekor




 sekarang sedang mati kelaparan, perlu tidurr

water intake : 1.5 liter

Eksesais : takde

Hai awak..kalau kak ina la makan macam ni gerenti takkan turun punya coz lemak dah tepu..he he...tapi awak masih muda, so boleh la kot turun tu...

aiyakkk...can I suggest something...? dah bagus dah semua except for kueh2 n mi goreng tu.no no no...better u makan epal.n pisang..mengenyangkan dan sihat..still ade glukosa n fiber..
